House Rules

No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests allowed must not be exceeded. Extra guests beyond the reservation limit will not be allowed to check-in.
Visitor Policy
Visitors not included in the reservation are not allowed on the property. Unauthorized visitors will be restricted from entering.
No Open Flames
Due to fire safety risks, the use of open flames or any flammable items is prohibited in all areas.
BBQ Area for Odorous Foods
Smelly or strong-smelling food should be prepared in the outdoor BBQ area to avoid disturbing other guests.
Damage or Loss of Property
Guests will be charged for any significant contamination, damage, or loss of property or facilities during their stay.
Photography and Drone Use
Commercial photography, video shooting, and drone use are not allowed on the premises without prior approval.

Base Occupancy Rate

The base rate applies for 2 guests per room.

Additional guests: 20,000 KRW per person.

BBQ Service

BBQ setup with charcoal and grill for 2 people: 20,000 KRW.

BBQ reservations must be made at least 1 hour in advance.

Weekday & Weekend Rates

Weekday Rates: Sunday to Thursday

Weekend Rates: Friday, Saturday, and public holidays.

Rooms with Bathtubs

Rooms with indoor bathtubs require the presence of an adult for children or infants.

Outdoor Heated Pool

The outdoor warm-water pool is available from June to early October.

No Pets Allowed

Pets are not allowed on the property.

Private Parking

The property offers exclusive parking for guests. Please use designated parking areas.

The same refund policy applies even if the cancellation is made on the day of payment after the reservation is confirmed.

Reselling, transferring, assigning, or exchanging the accommodation voucher is prohibited
